- Price per apartment per day, with a min. stay of 7 days.
- Final cleaning € 40,00.
- Prices shown will attract a tourist tax of € 2,50 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
- Additional bed + € 20,00.
- Studio occupied by one person subtract € 20,00 per day (except *).
- Two-room-apartment occupied by 3 people subtract € 12,00 per day (except *) .
- Crib/Cot for children € 5,00 per day.
- Check-in time for the apartments is 3.00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 9.00 a.m.

- In the case of a cancellation or change to your reservation (i.e. delayed arrival, early departure) within 7 days of the arrival day, the guest agrees to make a payment of the total nights accommodation.
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival date: we'll have to charge your deposit.
